Mobile Policy
Travel fee is required at booking and serves as the non-refundable retainer. Travel fees cover travel only and do not apply toward service costs.
🚘 Travel Fees
• $1.50 per mile up to 30 miles + $20 flat-rate travel service fee
• Beyond 30 miles: Custom pricing approval required
➕ Additional Mobile Fees
• $25 Same-Day
• $35 After-Hours (before 9AM / after 7PM)
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
• Less than 24 hours: travel fee forfeited
•More than 1 reschedule, must submit a non-refundable deposit. 2 reschedules will forfeit travel fee and deposit.
• Same-day cancel/no-show: full service payment required to rebook
⏰ Arrival & Readiness
• Time begins upon arrival
• Client must be ready with suitable space
Payments
Due to increasing electronic processing fees, all electronic payments are subject to additional processing fees. These fees are added to your total balance at checkout.
